Happy New Year Volnation from Central Time! We wanted to change it up this year so we decided to ring in the New Year with Freebird hitting the main guitar solo with the ball dropping at midnight, frozen grapes, a sip of 25 year scotch, half a bottle of champagne so this year is going to be awesome and wild and can’t wait for the ride. Buckle up! 2024 we here!!

If we can't land this guy, we need to hope Jeremias Heard turns into a beast. Our DL next year is fine, but we'll lose a lot going into the next year. Need to recruit DL heavy in the next class.

I really hope CRG can convince McKinley to keep his visit. Need to get him on campus to have a shot.

I disagree...not every talented kid would decide to go pro under those conditions....it would not be f'n "intramural" football.

And you still miss the point...we follow the College teams for a different reason...not just seeing the best players play.

Like how you just skated over all the truth there...it absolutely is 100% pure selfishness...and screws over EVERYBODY that depends on you...teammates, fans and the program (school, athletic department and staff)

I despise pure selfishness...I do understand that in some cases like Joe's, the staff may be ok with a player moving on because they think they can win without him and need to get the next guys up some experience.

You also skated over the fact these kids are paid by fans to play now...and they crap on the obligation. They CHOOSE to take the money for their service...and then don't want to COMPLETE the service....that is akin to stealing.

If you pre-pay somebody to work 40 hours and then they say 🤬 you and the horse you rode in on and walk at 39 hours...they took money for a service that was not rendered to you.
