This next season he can prove it by handling teams well that have good O's. Fourth year in, he has his recruits and the time necessary to develop most of them.

You don't have to say "great job" or "f'n awesome job"...but it is now a quantifiable fact that he has done a "good job".

My wife and daughter do not do well with spiders. My wife saw one in the house the other day and asked me to take care of it. I asked her if she wanted me to use blunt force or fire to kill it. She asked me not to kill it and to take it out instead. Soooo..... we went to the bar, had a few beers, chatted about life and it was actually pretty fun. It turns out he is a web designer.

Good job...I quit drinking 25 years ago along with every other vice I had, all at ghe same time..lol...I was just like Lloyd Bridges character in Airplane...for weeks I went around with the shakes and I would joke to everbody "looks like I picked the wrong week to quit smoking Meth, drinkin, heroin, crack, cigarettes, marijuana etc etc etc"
