I dont think Milton played a bad game. For whatever reason he goes for long stretches where hebdoeant throw the ball it is very hard to get into a rhythm that way. This loss is not on him at all. Pre snap penalties hurt the offense more tonight than anything else.

He made a bad decision throwing the ball up on the int.

Defense was attrocious in the 1st half. Seemed like they werent ready for all of the motions and shifts that florida was doing. Also on the long TD run. That came on GT counter. Beasley was the Backside ILB. for whatever reason he filled in as the backside cutback player instead of scrapping over top. I dont know how Banks sets up his run fits bit it seems to me Beasley should has scrapped because we had a overhang to that side already playing cutback.

I really think there is some hesitation on CJH part with letting Milton throw mid-range over the middle passes. We have the guy's that can usually make those plays bit for some reason we just stopped running that part of the offense it seems.

I know there is but I'd like to know what it is. Usually screen, screen, screen, = an OL issue you're trying to cover up but we've been doing it against competition where Milton had all the time in the world and then some. One thing is for sure though, we won't win jack against SEC opponents if all we do is throw screens.

If it is an OL issue Milton needs to be running more whether he likes it or not. But I just don't think OL is all there is to it. Hell, it could be that's just the read Milton is making but we have got to get more down field shots in.

Oline and defense in the first half cost us the gave imo, thought we were ok in 2nd half just couldn’t get 7.
Officials were a big part. We played poorly but if we get even half the calls we should have this was a different game. If the SEC wants to take a giant dump on Tennessee then we should take a giant dump back on them. Scorched earth. DW should hold a PC on Monday with screen shots of all the egregious calls that were not called vs the ticky tack bull crap they called on us and throw the SEC under the gall dang bus. Then back that thing up and run over them again.

BYU beat Arkansas. Sheesh the SEC is down this year and we look like we have taken a Major step back.
That's what makes tonight suck so much.
Bama looks human, UGA has major QB issues. There was a legit shot at the East. Now Billy honestly might take Florida to Altanta in year 2. He's also got a loaded recruiting class coming in.

We hand a change to grab the SEC by the nuts tonight and we cowered away. Disgusting.

Heupel’s offense doesn’t have a whole lot of midrange calls. I read about it when he was hired. It’s either short or long based on the defensive alignment. He tries to get guys in space and outnumber the defense. We saw more in our last drive, but he tries to get yards in chunks. On the last drive, I believe UF was playing 2 high safeties, but we had to pass to move the ball. That opens up the middle some.

They definitely helped slow down any chance of a comeback. But the refs weren’t the reason we were down 19 at half

It was an exaggeration that was meant to show it’s been a long time. It’s felt like decades. A lot of things gave happened in my life since Cut was coaching at UT.
Certainly.

It was par for the course from him tonight. Probably played a part with me jumping on it. It’s a silly thing to squabble over.
