I’m not. I’m calling him out for not winning a game we should have. You can’t win the east losing to this bad of a florida team.
I love Heupel. I want him to retire our coach. That said, he got out coached by sun belt billy tonight. Embarrassing af, but it happens. Need him to make some big boy decisions and bounce Tf back now. I believe in him and what he has built.

It’s still Heupel’s offense. I’m not sure what you guys were watching when we ran a bunch of short, wide passes last year. Did it alot. They aren’t afraid to let Joe throw. They started running more wrinkles deeper into the year last year.
They had many opps today to take advantage of 1-1 esp with bru

Heupel’s offense doesn’t have a whole lot of midrange calls. I read about it when he was hired. It’s either short or long based on the defensive alignment. He tries to get guys in space and outnumber the defense. We saw more in our last drive, but he tries to get yards in chunks. On the last drive, I believe UF was playing 2 high safeties, but we had to pass to move the ball. That opens up the middle some.
We did throw more over the middle last year or WR made more inside moves. I go back to the VA. game, he had some wide open guys on 15 to 20 yard plays inside the hash marks and missed high every time. That may be the culprit but I'm not the coach and I don't see them practice everyday so it's all guessing at this point.

Milton had thrown more midrange passes the first 2 weeks of the season than he did vs Vandy and Clemson last year, 10 more to be exact. This has not looked like Huep’s offense the past 7 years
Define midrange. Heupel’s offense doesn’t run many slants, curls, posts. We throw some slants at the goalline. If you want to call an out to a TE a midrange pass, then fine. But just look it up. It’s long or short. We’ve now seen 29 games of his offense.

10-20 yards is mid range. We ran 16 the first two weeks, we ran 6 vs Clemson and Vandy

I know people don't want to face facts, but truthfully, while we are not as good a team as many of us thought, Florida is not as bad a team as many of us thought. At least not on their home field. People keep saying "But Utah"! They played Utah in Utah. In the Swamp, they have an advantage. Especially when they have a raucous crowd, which they did. The first half absolutely killed us.

Yeah, one thing that bugs me is “X got outcoached by Y…that’s a huge red flag.”

Like you said, it happens. Tom Osborne used to get inexplicably outcoached one game per year for what seemed like decades (17 years, maybe?). Then he won three national championships.
