8-4 with Joe. Get Joe drafted (he will get drafted on talent alone) and give him an opportunity at redemption. Nico isn't going anywhere and is prepared to be backup this season while learning.Question....
7-5 with Nico or 8-4 with Joe?
9-3 with joe minimum. Ok finally goodnight. Go Tits8-4 with Joe. Get Joe drafted (he will get drafted on talent alone) and give him an opportunity at redemption. Nico isn't going anywhere and is prepared to be backup this season while learning.
Being committed to Joe and giving him an opportunity to turn this around does a lot for the team and recruiting QBs.
I think we should just trust the dang process, even when it's hard.
The only reason to play Nico is to get him more prepared for next year.8-4 with Joe. Get Joe drafted (he will get drafted on talent alone) and give him an opportunity at redemption. Nico isn't going anywhere and is prepared to be backup this season while learning.

That’s what happens when you hire actual high caliber coaches. Hopefully no matter what happens at seasons end they’ll take a legitimate look at things and realize you probably are going to have to adjust a few things30 yr old first time DC play caller from UF
made our veteran DC look like he has never coached defense before
It’s nuts how much faster and confident floridas defense plays compared to ours
I was going to go to bed but I feel compelled to answer this. You ought to be ashamed of yourself. That is a ridiculous, childish and, well just, flat out stupid thing to say.Joe lost in the state of Florida. Be glad when his all talk and no walk a$$ is gone from Knoxville. Seems like a decent guy but Been trash from day one
Go back and watch defensive alignment from last year. It’s not teams playing two deep safeties now, it’s teams are playing man against us. Huepel’s relies on motioning guys creating mismatches because of zone coverage and getting lost, like what Florida did to us today. Teams have been playing more M2M. Just like Georgia and Pitt did on most plays last year. At one point in tonights game Florida was putting 6 and even 7 a few times in the box. They weren’t running 2 high safeties and stacking the box at the same time. It’s based on defensive alignment. We can just disagree. But when the opponent plays two high safeties, we are going to run or throw short. If you think they don’t tell Joe to read the defense and call it, there isn’t anything else to say.
This has been the same offense for 3 years taught to the QB’s. The topic was midrange, and your % are close combined to deep and short. This offense doesn’t do a whole lot midrange.
We have seen 29 games.
Not having an OL capable of playing over Lane/Davis is certainly at the top of legit complaints about where we are at in year 3. Those are two guys that probably have a tremendous IQ for playing the position. Probably very professional, hard workers. But their talent level simply hinders their ability to be successful against top flight competition. How have we not brought in players capable of taking their spot...The blindside block call was REALLY TRASH.
The ref kicking the ball, we just have to be lined up there so when Florida subs we snap it, easy 1st then.
There were a few missed DPIs and Defensive holding calls. But what’s frustrating is that’s just a few calls BUT THEY ALL HURT US. I don’t recall any that hurt Florida and were bad calls.
Ollie Lane costs us a ton of yards himself too. But I’m more annoyed that in year 3 our OL coach isn’t playing a single starter HE recruited out of HS. That worries me.
