With 16 teams the tiebreakers will be interesting. Not that I'm sure you always want to have to play the title game either. Bet UGA wished they didn't have to play in that game.

Wonder how long before it's either carved out or integrated into the playoff system itself.

Think of it like this.
He is better than Mincey. It is that simple really. Even if experience wise he is not he has 3 years Mincey has one. Also Mincey was a diva.

Lastly if he gets whipped all fall camp they will slide him to RT. Which is what he played at LSu. I believe he just wants a guaranteed start. I don't think he had that at LSU. Once Mincey left we did.

They're going to integrate the conference championship games into the playoffs because money: and that will be stupid. Why should the top two teams in the league play each other in the first round? Why not 1 v 12, 2 v 11, etc.? iirc, they want a bye week for the conference champs to give them an advantage. Essentially an open date so they have twice the time to rest and prepare.
