The layoffs happened because the company that runs SI missed a 3.75 million dollar payment to the company that owns SI. Because of this the company running SI was in breach of contract to the company that owns SI. Because of that, the company that runs SI now owes the company that owns SI 45 million dollars. Once they found out that they owed 45 million they panicked and layed everyone off.I guess going woke brings on going broke
