The amount of preparation, time and due diligence that has gone into this is impressive.

I cannot be more proud of my University and the State of TN.

This will be the type of case law that is talked about for decades and decades.

I truly believe that TN will not stop when pursuing this.

The NCAA is one of the most corrupt organizations there is, and I that is coming to an abrupt end. No more. Nada. Zip. Zilch.

Some schools won’t join the fight cause they know their “protective shield” is about to disappear.

I read this post and immediately think of Blutos speech from Animal House. Bama dead. Georgia dead. Ohio St dead. Vandy never mind they are already dead.

Spyre is on record via their attorney stating that their contract with Nico states specifically that it's not based on him signing with any one university. Price stated that all of Nico's visits with Spyre were negotiations and visiting potential sponsors.

Absolutely horrible invasive things here. No doubt. But in Asia, where they belong, I found out that, while ugly, it's actually a good eating fish. Yes. But it's one of the NCAA's few "real" weapons and they brandish it like they are actually going to be allowed to use it. The SEC and the TN AG won't stand for it.
