Seems the NCAA changed the definition of booster to encompass collectives, and now is trying to retroactively enforce it on UT.I don't think Stewey knows what he's talking about, or I don't. Am I wrong in thinking for all intents and purposes that Spyre is NOT a booster? Therefore this would not apply. You cannot tell me that with the NCAA already having a presence on campus that UT would be stupid enough to do something where their greatest defense would be whataboutism. Tosh wash I say, tosh wash!

Yes claiming Spyre as a “booster” is a clear violation of antitrust laws. You can’t claim a private business as a booster just because the ncaa updated a regulation to define them as suchI don't think Stewey knows what he's talking about, or I don't.
