Makes me think they are incredibly confident. Ya know Charlie Whathisface was a popular lawmaker. I mean, he is Harvard Educated. Not an idiot.

So, their brazenness unnerves me a bit.

I just cant see how the courts will side with them. But then again, we usually are the one's to take it on the chin.

One thing is for sure if we are going to win other schools and conferences will need to jump in.

No other way to attack cases like this. The defendants in cases like this always act extremely confident. If they don’t they have zero chance. This at least gives them a chance

That isnt the point NCAA.

You opened this can. Courts supported it. You enacted zero rules or legislation. You created this. YOU and you alone are trying to retroact rules 4 years later. Courts will support players, end of story.

Tennessee breaking rules is a completely different matter.

Courts will go by the law, and the law states high schoolers can profit off of nil

This is why Saban should have been busted every year beginning with Julio's class for throwing bags in money and goods. The double standard has to go.

Saban was throwing massive bags with impunity until his final day. The DoorDash was a ruse. They'd already thrown massive bags. Plus, dude was prolly picking up $1000 cash tips at multiple stops per "work" day.

Talked to a guy in Alabama the other day who said a player made a big deal that his mom worked in a restaurant. Rumor is she was taking home over $150,000 a year tax free in tips easily. Working two days a week.

Kirby who imported Saban's bag game was also making a big scene in the sycophant media claiming that GA wasn't paying NIL before enrolling. I.e., they were throwing bags instead and are still doing so.

Saban and Kirby's speil showing up as the crooked NCAA's crooked argument is a tell as to who is behind this false charge and defamation.

As a Vol fan, I’m worrying just because it’s in our nature. But if you look at the landscape of college sports as a whole, no way this goes anywhere but bad for the NCAA. The Big Ten/SEC coupling announced this past week should be a pretty good tell of what direction this is going to go.

Latest reports are that Arkansas is the new program taking it on the chin.

If they came together as a team (<-----no pun intended), Arkansas could take psychological advantage of this. Pinch the other team's star player's butt during the game and give him a smile. Good chance of rattling him.
