Never tried chips on a baloney sammich? UnAmerican! . . . @Jackcrevol moves to the edge of the Kremlin Wall. . .
A total of 40 former Vols have won Super Bowl rings, which is a higher number than I would have guessed.
Jennings has a chance to add his name to the list tonight.

Fact. If they are solid orange I honestly think the percentage is higher. Super chill too. Great friends. My 19yo boy passed last year. Hard.
Allowed momma to grieve for 6 months or so and got her this one...Smoki.

Bass yes, crappie, probably not. If it's a true acre & half you should be fine with bass. The one my buddy has is about 2.5-3 acres and has massive bass in it. Tons of bluegill, but not crappie. . . and what looks like giant grass carp. I believe he tried to add them (crappie) a long time ago, but they didnt make it.My wife inherited a house with an acre and a half pond with nothing but bluegill, redbreast, and shellcracker in it and I'm going to stock it later this spring. Does anyone know whether I could get away with putting bass and crappie? How big does a pond need to be to sustain crappie? I know the pond is only about 5 years old and still drops probably a foot and a half every summer. My father in law had planned to just put bass in it with the pan fish but passed before getting to it. I know literally nothing about pond management.
I kind of figured that but I really didn't know. I hate it because as much as we love to bass fish, we love catching crappie more. Besides, they taste alot better than bass too. I'd rather eat crappie than any other fish.Bass yes, crappie, probably not. If it's a true acre & half you should be fine with bass. I'm not sure if the bass eat the crappie or if they're just hard to sustain in a pond. You may be able to have crappie if you dont have bass. . . then again, I'm just going off what my buddy has said over the years and I could be wrong. Maybe crappie & bass with bluegill would all be fine. They may just self regulate the population.I kind of figured that but I really didn't know. I don't plan on putting catfish either. My brother in law has about a 2 acre pond on the rest of the farm he inherited that is full of catfish but the bluegill are not big at all anymore. Of course he doesn't eat either and he and his son go fishing down there about twice a year. He just doesn't like to fish.@Volunteer821
Also, I dont think he has catfish either. I'm not sure if it's because they wouldn't survive, if they'd kill off a lot of the other stuff, or he just doesnt like them, . He does have some turtles in there that are massive and look like dinosaurs. . . plenty of snakes too.
Do you have a spring feeding it?
I'm going to take a day off next month and take the kids on a field trip to a fish farm down in hawkensville and talk to them, but I bet they tell me the same thing. Since my kids are home schooled it actually can be counted as a school related activity. We'll all enjoy touring their facility and see how they operate.........admittedly, I am probably more excited than they are.I'm not sure if the bass eat the crappie or if they're just hard to sustain in a pond.
