The way they handled it initially was correct though. At some point, you poke the bear too much. You can handle different situations differently.

Not sure what that means. I watch SPORTS. Day and night. ESPN is the GOAT for that.

Maybe you're talking daytime "crossfire" shows...don't watch them, busy at work. But yeah they're all trash, across all networks and in every type.

More illegal and vividly corrupt "rules" from the racketeering organization that is the NCAA. Or what else do you call protecting favorites and assailing their rivals on a systemic level and grand scale with the known result of determining outcomes?

The easy comparison is the NCAA going after Tennessee over Nico. The NCAA passed its collectives are boosters "guideline" for the specific purpose of a future case against Tennessee (which plan was already in the works). And they did it AFTER Nico was already committed.

However much the corrupt weasels in the media choose to ignore this manifest fact of an ex post facto rule or law with fraudulent intent, the truth is still there plainly for anyone who has eyes to see.

Moreover, if the NCAA wished in earnest to retroactively enforce a "guideline" on boosters, and the NCAA earnestly wished to choose a big case to "make a statement," then the NCAA's only honest choice would have been to investigate Saban's entire tenure at Alabama.

Bama fans and Saban defenders openly brag that Saban was "clever" and "smart" because he ran his gigantic bag game in money and prizes, houses and cars, through boosters. That's exactly the substance of Saban's bogus claim to implausible "plausible deniability." Saban's illicit booster network and Saban's "plausible deniability" are two sides of one and the same coin. They are identical in fact.

And once the investigation "uncovers" what everyone in the world already knows, that Kirby imported Saban's bag game and booster racket wholesale, then go after UGA. Two vivid cases of LOIC.

I disagree 100%….. you handle it like Doug Dickey handled….. Do you think he handed all our dirt over to the NCAA…. I really don’t think DW would have either if he hadn’t come in after it was already put into motion.

Usually no but yes in this case….. The only reason is bc i feel that we have the best administration in the entire country.

Never seen a more tone deaf and stupid group of folks (Congress fits pretty nicely into this category, too). They can't accept that they are beaten.
