Recruiting Football Talk VII

And you would think it would come up as breaking news on ESPN‘s website…nope.
Because ESPN is not in the news business per se. They are a part of the Disney conglomerate that participates with and supports the NCAA policy of protecting favorites and assailing rivals of favorites.

Look at this bigoted corrupt sh-t that E-Saban-PN finally posted. Click. No news on the biggest story in sports today.

OK. So scroll down. The 3rd biggest story.

So click on that. What comes up? Ready for this? An editorial piece promoting Saban's preferred outcome. With a headline crafted to stoke alarm.

Don't believe me about the Saban agenda? Then click on that video that replaced the news story. And this is what you get immediately. (After a commercial)

Ok. What's next? As the talking head begins to propagandize, look at the chyron force-fed to viewers who are still trying in vain to find out the news, as opposed to what Saban wants.

Now scroll down again... if you haven't been persuaded that Saban is the great "elder statesman" of football -- with no agenda of his own. There -- finally -- is the buried story. But now with the Saban-ESPN plan as a heading, replacing the original headline!

Yeah...but @Devo182 LOVES him some ESPN, and he doesn't understand why we hate them and say they are corrupt and evil..

They absolutely had no idea we would fight like this, they honestly thought we would bow down and beg for what little mercy they were going to give...they thought wrong.

What our school leadership has done in preparation for this war is Napoleonic in genius...it is a awe inspiring thing to see after all the 💩 we've been forced to eat.
You nailed it.

These asshat fake "journalists" continue to act as if recruits have not always talked with collectives during recruitment. ESPECIALLY at programs that lie their asses off that they don't do it like Bama and UGA.

Someone try to convince me that we would get less honest views from, say, the Chinese media. It's lies all the way down with these sycophants and dishonest lap-dog spinsters. It's really unconscionable.

We may be the first team to finish Top 10 in KenPom and fail to make the tourney.
Bama is on the selection committee. They will stand up for us!
Now that the NCAA can't investigate NIL, maybe they'll have time to go back and investigate Georgia for Mims or letting employees drive SAs around drunk?
The NCAA should have time too to look into all the suppressed sexual assault allegations involving players at UGA. And the peculiar way serial reckless endangerment incidents seem always to get adjusted down to a minimal traffic ticket in Athens, regardless of speed, and the player-drivers are not tested for intoxication.

What a bunch of crybabies. They went from saying about the Vols... “They’re dead in the water.” to this whiny ****.

These people who talk like all teams (but us, of course) weren't already making contact with portal players through intermediaries and that all teams weren't discussing NIL with recruits are too stupid to talk. They should have their mouths wired shut.

What we have now is a level playing field. (In this particular, at least.) The NCAA cannot abuse its enforcement powers to play favorites and thus influence on field outcomes. By commission and omission, the NCAA refused to enforce rules equitably.

And the handwringing is nauseating. I didn't hear these chicken-lip whiners crying about USC tampering. Or Ohio State leading the nation in inducements. All of the fear-mongering is ad hoc propaganda.
