I’ve had a grand once. It came out of nowhere. I was driving to work and when I pulled into work (an elementary school). I don’t remember anything after. Apparently I hit an electrical box of some type and which should have killed me. I’m going by what everyone told me after. After I crashed, I apparently backed up and parked and went into work. They called my family and they took me to parkwest hospital and after took me to my family doctor also. I don’t remember anything but, feeling really tired. It was scary. I don’t have them often but during the last snow storm when me and my team stayed at work day and night for 8 days and experienced some things I still can’t speak about (sorry Doc, I told you I would discuss it with you, but I still can’t. I still cry about it). One day I will. I remember standing in the kitchen and one my employees mentioned something that we had been through and I had a seizure. Thankfully one of my employees knew what to do.Wow...my wife has the same condition as you do...she started having them out of nowhere in December 2004.
In her case she has only had a Grand three times over the years, including that first one where she swallowed her tongue and almost died, but she has Petit a few times a year at most since we've, well mostly me, have learned how to spot the run-up.
