I think it goes very well for Arkansas. They don't have insane expectations and Cal will get talent there. Maybe not the same talent he got at UK, but that would mean less one and done and more multi year players.

UK, if they don't get it right, could fall off though!

Cal will apparently have a war chest of NIL so I’m sure he will get talent there and Arkansas will be better but for 8M a year he better have more success than what Musselman had who went to 2 straight elite 8s and a sweet 16 in 3 out of the last 4 years on 4M/year salary. You’re not paying a coach 8M/year for anything less than those expectations.

She was born and raised in Parkersburg WV, went to college at Glenville St (about an hour from from her hometown), was an an assistant for 4 years at Ohio Valley, in Parkersburg, was at Glenville St for 8 seasons, then the season at Marshall...besides 4 years ar Sacramento St, she's spent ALL of her life in WV.
