We either don't have ANYBODY like that...or we can't get them the ball...either way the outcome is the same....our passing offense sucksband theirs doesn't.

I do wish dumbass could be edited out the clips. All he did was backstab the guys who won that game and the fans who cheered them on.

The Vols in black jerseys were born a century ago. People need to get it straight. It used to be called Anthracite-- kind of coal black. Backstabber and USCw fall guy ( ) need not try to take credit for a tradition older and greater than he could ever understand, appreciate, or live up to. Epic fail.

We need to get past the "we don't do bidding wars" mentality. Sometimes, players are worth bidding wars. And when you refuse to play that game, you have to settle for leftovers.

Nico is exhibit A for bidding wars.

Maybe, just maybe the staff has not been impressed with others to get tied up in bidding wars.

A&M outbid everyone for a top class, then led the nation in # of players who entered the transfer portal. It was a desperate move to get to that elite level of talent. It did not work for them in the long run.

I’m fine with the way our staff and Spyre are handling it. Maybe just me, but Tennessee finally has a head coach and staff that I trust to handle things.

La Vol kinda signaled they might adjust their approach to that this coming offseason. They need to for special kids, imagine if UT had Jared Verse on defense or that kid from Oregon on the OL. He’s been running over people. Also a few notable studs on the HS recruiting side of it as well. A slight adjustment towards being more aggressive might just do the trick

Agree with you unless it's a elite QB ...I say CJH stay with the take it or leave it option for recruits...Texas A&M feeling the effects of letting the recruits run the negotiations....now Jumbo @$$ on line if they don't win... and if individuals don't believe these recruits don't go and say this is what team Y offered can you beat that because I really LOVE your school...then I am the POPE..

I feel the vibe in Neyland, the fans are waiting for a chance to explode. I think that will happen this weekend. I think this will be the game that everybody remembers from this season, last year nobody remembered anything before LSU. In 1998,nobody remembers Syracuse it all started with Florida. It will be crazy this weekend, I will wear my helmet in case the upper deck collapses.

No...I don't want a cookie, I want you to lay off with the garbage attack. And show me where I've been critical of the staff...I've not been, I just acknowledged the OL situation being not great going into the year...I wasn't a jackass about it.

If anything you guys are being the jackasses...any time someone fails to toe the overly optimistic line they get hammered.

I’m always optimistic, but don’t lose my sh!t when a loss occurs (not saying you do).

I prefer to view Tennessee sports with as much optimism as I can.

All the real life crap is fraught with realism, pessimism and worry. I use Tennessee sports as my escape. Probably why I have many on my ignore list, not because of their “realism “ , but because they can’t wait to dump negative thoughts regardless of the situation. Don’t have time for that crap.

Need better line players on both sides of the ball. Hard to win games if you can't win the trenches. If Nico isn't adequately protected, he won't accomplish much here, no matter how talented he is. This year is proof that our QBs need better OL play.

All Riddell helmets have the sparkles on them to make them more reflective, it doesn’t matter the team or the helmet, Alabama’s helmets have them as did my hs team have them as well
