I don't see anything in the tweet about limiting NIL. I think that's well known to be illegal.

From how it reads, the $20mm is about revenue sharing. Ie players make part of the school's revenue, nothing to do with NIL.

Tell that to the players now allowed their god given right to earn off their own Name, Image, and Likeness. Like US laws or not, they sometimes get them right and eventually enforce them against seedy garbage pods such as the ncaa.
