The female outside cat that adopted our farm as hers had been looking big in the belly recently. She's very young, and small but her belly told us she would soon be a mom. And we've been keeping an eye out for any signs.
We found her on the side porch we come in and out the house from with a decent amount of blood.... Not good. Brought her inside and set her up in the utility room. Worried about her all might at my second job. Convinced she was miscarried and wondering how I was going to pay for her care.
On my way home wife called to tell me she thought she had a couple of babies, didn't see any movement because she had them behind the washer. I get home and find two healthy looking kittens and one stillborn. While we were out putting up the farm animals she had two more.
So here we are with more babies on the farm. My wife and I joke all the animals in the area talk and let each other know where to go if they need care or a meal.
Juno, the pup I posted about a week or two ago is growing fast. She's extremely active and very sassy. A long way from the sick pup my daughter fought for. She goes for her second vet visit this coming week.
Hope everyone has a great weekend! We are going to be busy here.......
And as always Go Vols!
