Let’s see how the final designs come out. We put out a 30% set, then possible companies take that and come up with their own concepts in the proposal process. I can’t wait to see the final proposals.I’ve been saying for 25 years they needed lots of elevated lanes around downtown. Be curious to see those designs
Well........ Another update. Sometime between 12:30 and 4:00 this morning she had two more for a total of 6. Two ginger, two strawberry blonde, two gray all tabby.Love these updates on the animals![]()

Did the same thing. I think the new one was set to a higher temp. I noticed pressure surges when you turned on a faucet. Replaced my pressure reducer on the main line. Didn't help at all. I talked to a plumber buddy and he said to put a pressure tank on it. Said as the water heats up it expands therefore the pressure goes up. Put an expansion tank in line and that fixed it. You have to set the pressure on the expansion tank slightly above your regular water pressure.No
I just replaced an old Whirlpool with a Rheem. They were both 55 gallons but the Rheem is a little taller.

She's very happy to have a safe, dry plane out of the heat. Glad we bright her in...... Extremely rainy and wet day here. I'd have been worried sick about her if she didn't have them here.
