Hadden is our best DB, but it's mostly baptism by fire that's gotten him there. And watching that occur last season and even this season has been why folks still think he's bad.

I don't know if him turning and looking for the ball would yield more INTs or not, it's always easy in hindsight to say "if he had only turned his head" but last year he had plenty of plays where he turned his head too early and the catch was made behind him.

I think as the season continues and the DL keeps getting great pressure there will be more opportunities for picks from this secondary. A&M leads the conference in passing, so right after the Bye we'll be facing another pass heavy team and hopefully generate great pressure that leads to more picks for the secondary guys.

Yup. Being able to turn your head for the football is predicted on not getting beat in the first place. Seems to be doing better about that this year.

Agreed. Should never boo our players. If you don't care for a particular player then just be silent when they are announced. Booing our own players is stupid. Probably the same folks that complain about recruiting not being up to their expectations are the booers.

It's the by God, I paid for my ticket, I can do what I want mentality. I hope all the assholes who boo our players get the South Carolina underwear guy treatment.

Being a public figure begets scrutiny, justified or not. Kamal is not going to fix all the idiots in the world by tweeting. Do you know how dumb the average person is? Half are dumber than that. If you put 100,000 human beings mixed from any race, class, religion, ethnic group in a bowl there are going to be plenty of bad apples. Its just math. Hope Kamal balls out the rest of the year and good luck in future endeavors.

He's trying to help his family who has to endure it. I agree he's unlikely to change too many people's minds, but I think he's right to speak up about it.

Dislike. We shouldn’t be booing our own players. Fans should fix it. Stop booing. We’re 4-1 not 1-4. The reaction to this season by our fanbase has been dumb, and it’s not a good look for recruits either.

You don’t get the positive charge of the insanely passionate fanbase in a vacuum.

Doesn’t constitute a flip if he was never committed there. South Carolina fans are garbage. They think their program is much better than it is. I’ve got 2 cousins and a family friends kid who went there and listening to their chest thumping is insufferable. One heisman in the 60s and getting Steve spurrier post uf firing are their only claims to any relevance. Glad we chopped off their heads and plucked their feathers this weekend.

Well, I remember George Rogers winning the Heisman and it wasn't in the 60s, because I wasn't born until '71. Pretty sure, Rogers won that Heisman in 1980, but I smell what you are cooking

While I agree that fans shouldn’t boo players during a game or yell crazy things toward them, I think fans have every right to get upset if the team plays bad or look lethargic. They pay good money and spend their time to watch the team. Some fans even give thousands of dollars a year to support those kids. I think they can get upset.

Pittman is arguably the best OL coach in the country. Very strong connections

By reputation or by evidence? Because the evidence that he is THAT good is a little lacking. He is a very good OL coach. But his reputation is like a good bedtime story.

If you want to talk about the coaches or professional athletes sure you can have that conversation. But you want to talk about college players that are still kids and they mess up a couple of times and you feel they deserve to get booed? Absolute clown take, when someone is at their lowest isn't the time to ground them into the dirt. Talk about lasting in the real world if you screwed up on your job and were getting booed by a couple of thousand people you would fold like a cheap suit.
