Every page of VN that I’ve read there was dread that SweetAsSoda was going to pass.

She’s always been the sweetest person on VN. She will be missed greatly. I’m positive that she’s going to keep watching over us.

So very sorry for you also. That is tough to read, regardless of when you do it. We all do know she is still with us and we all share in your sympathy.

All jokes aside, I think Texas and OU will do surprisingly well in this league.

One would imagine so. They're bluebloods and recruit top 10.

They may just have an adjustment period.

Not that I see either dominating, as neither really has in the Big 12 recently. But they should be in the top third regularly.

Sankey took us from a 2 blueblood league to 4. Then you have UGA killing it on top. Thanks again, *******.

For the MLB haters on here viewership and attendance at games are up 2 years in a row.

It's not just the BOOMERS either the age group of 18-34 are viewing more and more every season.

Not a hater, as I grew up on mlb and baseball, but feel it's now what is used to be either and find it sad. Just curious - how do these figures compare to pre-covid? I'd expect most sports are up the past couple years given how low things were just a few years ago.

I hope baseball could revitalize, but it doesn't seem to be what interests the youth. Just hop on twitter and see how many nba and nfl clips there are vs mlb. I'd guess the average person can't name 3 players tbh.

Texas will win 10+ games. They are really good…unfortunately.

Oklahoma will be more competitive than people think. But 8 wins in the SEC for them is the equivalent of winning 10 games in the old Big 12.

I love Mando, and it one of best shows of all time but shouldnt crest top 30. No way its better than, Dukes, or ATeam.

Also, what Andy Griffith did for TV cannot be argued. I dont find it funny, but the single camera, single take was groundbreaking.

I watched the tournament live. Just got way behind on VN. Trying to catch up, But for the most part I enjoy reading all the Morans so don’t want to miss anything.

Payers for @SweetasSoda she’s a priceless part of VN. She’s the best part of us. I will truly miss her. I’m absolutely willing to Woo in her honor.

(Actually, I have been a Woo er since I took my kids to the Auburn game during the kiffin debacle. They had so much fun with the Woo that it won me over). This past Fall, my son and I went to the Aggies football game and even though he was wearing Aggie gear, I caught him singing Rocky Top.

Bunch of maniacs scheduling tough games in the new SEC.

Even Bama is throttling back with Wisconsin.

I can't imagine many headliner OOC games with these schedules the SEC and B1G have.
