Kansas-Illinois game got a bit interesting in the 4th but with just under 2 minutes left it looks like Kansas has ended it with an interception. 34-23 Jayhawks.

I hoped the 2nd half Illinois was gonna be the 1st half Illinois too.

Love the human story of Lance Leipold. Was fine with him as a candidate for our job when his name popped up (admittedly way more than Heupel's), but of course I didn't discount many names as long as they werent Gus Malzahn's.

True. I don’t really know his skillset. He’s lauded by VQ as being highly athletic, so I’m guessing projecting him at off.

He may be athletic enough to play off ball, but if the reps are at Mike? And he would be athletic enough for that, as long as he could make the calls too.

Was excited when we landed him and understood why he left for his home state school after they recruited him as their Nico.

You and me both, if I'm not mistaken...excitement with that video of him inside that training facility, throwing. I believe we both commented the same notes, the same touts.The throws he made on that video were very nice, very good zip. I liked him, especially as someone Heupel pivoted to after Simpson. He was a nice pickup.


Then I saw Nico.

Prayers needed VN. I posted on here that our daughter told us on Father's Day that she was expecting. We just found out that our grandson has a genetic disorder called Trisomy 13. It is 100 percent fatal. Prayers needed at this time.
