It was always going to happen. I’m just saying before it’s said and done, everyone will wish AI never existed.
Maybe. If AI had cured my 46 year-old mother, instead of cancer killing her, it would be far more difficult to hate it. If AI creates or enhances prosthetics or synthetic organs and restores life or utility or eyesight to your kid, bet you'll have a hard time hating it. I don't think it will ever be as simple as "everyone will wish AI never existed".

I mean, when they take over and eliminate the human race, I think we'll all wish AI never existed.

We will see.

Oklahoma was a hairs breath away from losing about 4-5 games last year and only managed to pull out some last minute victories due to out talenting their opponents. Now they are going to be in the SEC where most of the talent is as good or better than them. Plus, didn't they lose almost their entire O Line to the portal? I mean, I don't think they are going to be a scrub team by any stretch, but I don't think they are unbeatable.

Then there is Bama at Neyland. People are assuming that Mehboer is going to have that team humming along like business as usual. Maybe he does, but I think that they have been on a slow decline in their dominance the last few years and getting them in Neyland, I see us as the favorites even if only slightly.

UGA I will believe we can beat once we beat them.

Not to beat a dead horse but....they have Biscuits at Waffle House. I do like to order Bacon and Sausage Patties. Slide that lil patty in to the biscuit. Good Eats. Then, of course, hash browns scattered, smothered covered, peppered. Only way to do it.
Waffle House equals Taco Bell..

Do you or do you not like sausage? It's a simple question.
I love sausage, patties or links, but they both have to be well done. But, when I have the choice, I choose bacon over sausage 65% of the time. But, you can't go wrong, either way, in my opinion. Hell, I love country ham, too. Damn, now I want biscuits and gravy with any of the three. I am making breakfast for dinner, tonight.

That's awesome! I just started book two of the Black Company series. So its worth the time to finish it? I'm liking the second one better than the first.

Very, very worth it as are all of the other Black Company books. I was pretty surprised as to where things started compared to where they ended up.

I really like military fantasy that is grimdark or borders on it. John Gwynne's books have a
mixture of the military fantasy with the coming of age "chosen one" aspect in the first series and the rest are mostly just military fantasy.

Not sure that anything beats Malazan, though. Lots of imperial military stuff mixed with many different cultures of humans and non-humans......one race are basically highly intelligent, technologically advanced reptiles. Their most common members are basically velociraptors that are the size of a T-Rex but have huge swords for arms and run leaning forward and balancing with their tails. They absolutely wreck shop when unleashed (especially the undead versions of them in one book).

There are other races that are equally or more deadly in a fight, especially the ones that have draconic blood and can transform into large dragons. Also have gods, ascendants and a host of other things. Humans have strength in numbers, military discipline and units munitions that are similar to bombs, grenades, etc. Also has a few hundred thousand years of history covered in the many books but they are not easy reads as you never really know much more than any of the hundreds of POV characters. It's epic if you don't mind being thrown in the deep end.
