I usually start to and then say to myself "Nah no one will need blue font for this one". And I'm usually wrong. But it happens to me too. Product of an environment where people say some wild stuff lol.The point of blue font is that if you don’t use it, the board should assume that you are saying something that you really believe. I read your post and thought, “Jesus, it seems sarcastic but he didn’t use the blue font so he must be serious. Yikes.” Lol
Prayers sent.Inflammation is down some, so they should be able to do the surgery this afternoon.
Appreciate the thoughts.
One of the best things about VN is that we genuinely care about each other. I don’t take that for granted.
UGAI would pick us 5th. I can understand the other teams being picked ahead of us. I am confident we have a better team this year than Mizzou and LSU.
Obviously I think at our ceiling we could be better than all of those teams.
Doping.Yeah I understand that. It's also fair to argue that Biles' dominance is well above any judging weirdness margin-of-error.
I think more than anything with looking at this data it’s important to note that the SEC has had Bama mixed in with these numbers during Sabans run and now UGA for the past half decade. Not only have they been beating majority of SEC teams by 1+ scores, they’ve been doing it in the CFB playoffs and against other conferences too. Other conferences have their top heavy teams too but few have been able to consistently stand shoulder to shoulder with Bama/UGA. I’d be more interested to see what the numbers looked like if you took out the top 2 teams from every conference and re-ran them.I don’t buy these stats as representative of what they’re trying to say. The overall talent level is higher in the SEC vs other conferences. Just look at the amount of draft picks and active nfl players from sec versus other conferences. Look at sec vs the field records. Follow the money too. Who cares how many close games you have if all the teams are garbage. If you take out the outliers, I bet it is the most competitive from an overall talent level. That said, It’s a far cry between the vandys and bama/ugas. One score games and blowout statistics don’t show the talent level in the sec which is what really matters when talking about competitiveness.
