I can't say with any true level of accuracy, but it sure didn't work out for me.

That wasn't my point though. His reference to GA Tech hating being in a conference with Georgia made it seem that he was unaware that GA Tech once was a member of the SEC.

Ok, I see your point now. GT was the better program than UGA when they were in the SEC. Now, one belongs and the other's only possible reason for being in the conference is their geographic location.

It wasn't too long ago that many people, people on this board included, thought that the right coach at GT could recruit ATL and field a good team....maybe even compete with UGA. I haven't heard much talk of that in the last 7 or so years.
