I have been a huge advocate to fire him. But I will tell you this, if we end the year in the top half of pass yards allowed, I’ll rethink my very amateur opinion. I still think he has been the reason a lot of clutch big pass plays were given up in the past. But the gameplan for South Carolina, minus that boneheaded special teams play on the fake, was refreshing. We locked down their guy. I’d love it if we could do that to bowers when Georgia comes to town.
The special teams play was a pick play by the SC receivers nothing you can do about that… except hope the refs throw a flag like they’re supposed to… which is asking a lot for them anytime it’s a UT opponent this year…

Ah his mysterious skill set!
The one that’s had 4? Different head coaches at 3 different schools deciding it wasn’t what we need at starting QB.
Ok 👍
I suppose you are a QB coach of some sort. I would be willing to bet that if he had stayed, Heup could have made him at least a serviceable QB in this offense.

Well have a whole week long vacation planned and going to wknd it in Knoxville taking kids to there first game. Seatgeek just emailed me saying the seller had a problem and couldn't make the sell on the tickets I paid for over a month ago.

They have a very talented, very effective defensive front...our OL is mediocre...so explain again.

You thing saying "run the damn ball" makes it happen?

To win this game, our OL has to hold up in pass protection and Milton and the recievers have to make plays...that will open it up for us to run more effectively and be balanced.

If we come out predictably "running the damn ball" on 1st and 2nd down every series...then expect to be in 3rd and long all game....and we have SUCKED on 3rd and long all year.

If they stack the box, gotta throw. If they don’t, then you run. This offense is based on numbers. D determines the call.
