4-1 as a starter this year and would have been 5-0 if not for WR drops and Cooper being out. More accurate than Tee Martin was. Just as accurate as Casey Clausen was. You just like to hate. That’s cool. But guys like Jonathan Crompton and Jayson Swain have said how our WRs have not been good. Has Castles been sure handed this year? Nope. Has Keyton? Nope.

Is Milton elite? No. He isn’t Hooker. He doesn’t have that OL or Hookers pure passing abilities. But is he a good QB when the OL is healthy and the WRs perform up to par? Yes he is. Who cares about YPA? Wins are really all that matters.
4-1 with an elite rushing game and pass rushing defense. VOLS are winning in spite of Milton. Most of his throws are near the LOS, so of course his completion percentage is inflated. He is 10th in the SEC in completion percentage by the way. Game has changed since Tee and Clausen. Again, you have no data to support your claim, yet you dismiss QBR and YPA.

As of now, you are wrong, bruv. I hope Milton proves otherwise as the season progresses, but he is middle-of-the-pack , at best, in a down year for SEC QBs, as of now.

Remember 'em all. But, I used to love Dick Enberg and Merlin Olsen on the 4 o'clock NBC game with all the AFC West teams. San Diego and Dan Fouts with Air Coryell were my favorite to watch. Had those great WRs, James Loften, John Jefferson then Wes Chandler, plus TE Kellen Winslow. Then when Fouts retired, he replaced Merlin and joined Enberg in the booth. Damn, I'm old
The chargers were my favorite team when I was a youngin.

What is the point in playing all those games when it all becomes meaningless in post season? All the teams that won over a hundred games are out, while teams that should not even be in the playoffs are moving on?
Regular season is way too long and playoffs are too short.

Two observations from big plays over the last week.

1. On the GT winning catch after Miami refused to kneel, the WR was dangerously close to unnecessarily sliding in the end zone. Not controversially close, but he wasn’t far away from downing himself outside of the end zone.

2. Houston Hail Mary: possibly two other players would have caught that off of the tip. They were right there, although a defender made a swipe, so maybe he would have hit it. Perfectly executed by Houston and awful for WV. They thought they had that win and didn’t show up to close the door
