14,17,21,13, 11, 22 in 2016-2021.

Now we're #7 for 2025. That's a much more accurate way of looking at it. We haven't been a top 7 recruiting class in a decade. And that doesn't include all the top transfers we were able to get this last year.

Our results in recruiting and on the field are better than they've been in a long time.

To be fair re: his stats…he’s missed more than 5 quarters because we’ve been blowing out opponents. That means he’s played less than 7 quarters out of a possible 12 (he came out of the Kent State game with about 5 minutes left in the half).

Agreed. I didn’t mean to sound like he’s played poorly. Just gonna probably have to rely on him more.

The reason for the increase, at least according to the release, is to prepare for profit-sharing with the athletes, which is expected to be part of the settlement that will raise the scholarship level to 105. Prices are going up like 14%, and supposedly 10% is supposed to go toward the athletes.

To be honest, health has kept me from going to a game in quite some time. My memory is hazy, but I think 2009 was the last time I went to a game. But even if I were healthy, I was priced out of going to games a long time ago. And that's going to happen to a lot of people. Some of us just won't be able to afford to go. But there are still plenty of people who will pay more to go, as long as we're winning. And there's the catch. It all revolves around winning.
