Recruiting Football Talk VIII

So I been on the season ticket list for 3 or 4 years. Just trying to get 4 in the "family section". Is there a trick to it? Do I need to make a donation or something? Also I've seen the chart with prices but is there extra fees added on at the end?

ESPN playing the same two OK defensive plays over and over. Must their only highlights
and now youre starting to hear them all run with the same topic.....How will Nico respond? the environment. OUs so called great defense and nothing about OUs crappy offense and OL vs our defense.

Literally Nico is the only one that hasnt been in this type environment bc all other 10 on offense have many times.

pretty funny.

Actually by viewing the thread it's about position that he would prefer to play. Vols like him as Guard and Oregon wants him to play tackle his position of choice.🤷🤷🤷
Idiot kids will believe whoever tells them what they want to hear...honesty is not appreciated..or very rarely.

Oregon is gonna do the exact same thing we are...put him at G after a perfunctory "trial" at OT.

To get more taxes coming in also.

Explain the math(?)

Businesses hire who they need. Man or woman, the corporate and payroll taxes are the same. A male is taxed the same as a female at personal federal income tax rates.

Maybe I'm missing something. Don't think OP was suggesting corporate America willingly took on unnecessary labor headcount in order...to...make more profit.

Edit:

Which also makes Christian's POV odd. He believes companies voluntarily (and actually) doubled their headcount(???). "Doubling the workforce" (not really, but let's play along) surely didn't mean a fixed number of businesses and need for employees? My god that would be terrible business. It's almost like more working income increased the consumer base and expanded the number of business ventures and opportunities. Along with global opps as MNCs became more common.

Shouldn't the average be less than 3?

We've only given up two FG's.
Yes it should...that is total points per game list not a Defensive points allowed per game list. It's either a mistake because whoever did it is too lazy or stupid to actually look up how many points were scored on the actual defenses, or it's just a lie.

As of today...I have lost 50 lbs...no medical or surgical help, I can't even really exercise effectively due to my horrific extreme arthritis...just pure will power and commitment.

I thank the good Lord for helping me with my will power as I have continually asked him to. Many times I have gotten aggravated, anxious or depressed which has usually triggered me to quit in times past, but I have prayed my way through it.

Now...50 more to go!

PS...this is really starting to help with the arthritic problems, I never feel good, but I feel tons better and if it continues to improve, I should soon be able to go to the gym and get even healthier.

I know most don't care and know some will mock faith having anything to do with it...but maybe somebody will get something from this to help them along a similar path.

And I owe God everything, especially the easiest thing to give...my praise.

1st Peter 2: 9
Excellent work, McGill! Keep pushing forward, take each day as it comes, and praise the Lord!

Proud of you, brother!

Yes. Usually not a good sign.

I don't think it matters on this game as far as the Vols win goes. I think a lot of people believe OU will have a big advantage at home and cover the spread. I'd like to see the MoneyLine bets.
Context is important.

Often you see a spread stat fairly steady, then the sharps bet within the last 24-36 hours.

But in this case the spread has moved 10 pts from the original. It may have just swung too far. I mean, that's an INSANE amount of movement.

Was pouring over WW2 In Color shows (Smithsmonian Channel) the other week. The entire Pacific theater was fascinating. Those guys were truly fanatics. As were the citizens. True believer types.

Also wild how quickly they rebuilt into a successful, modern country by giving up their old delusions, joining together, and just going to work.

Fuhrman and crew on Bet the Board podcast say that they wouldn’t be running to bet -7.5 on the Vols, but looking at it on paper it’s hard not to see the Vols covering

Brad Powers on there said he took OU -2 way back in preseason and he took OU +7.5 out of principle but it’s the least favorite bet he’s had in a while

Paraphrasing all this of course
