To Nico’s defense on the last play, I just think he didnt realize the clock was out and was trying to get a 1st for 1 more play. Hes a freshman and will make mistakes, and that is the difference between Nico and Milton, who was in his 4th year of cfb when he did that

They were literally coming out of a timeout. He knew there were 6 seconds.

He froze. It happens. And it sucked, bigly.

He probably was but he is a young one so he is still learning. It part of the growing pains... I mean hooker was 25 playing for us way more ball under his belt and experience.

But to say there wasn't a play to be had on the last play of the game like KB5252 is nieve.

When does some of tennessee's young talent start claiming a RS and considering the portal?

Bc of 1 loss? They gonna transfer to teams that don’t have losses? So 8ish or so teams will be their options? Those include the likes of Indiana, BYU, and Iowa St. So now we’re talking only about 5 teams that haven’t lost this year so far that they would consider. What about when those teams pick up a loss? Then what?

That was your typical tim banks defense. His defenses look awesome as long as he doesn't have to defend the pass. If the other team can pass their qbs all of a sudden become Heisman candidates. The Dline has masked that for the 1st 4 games.

They gave up 19 points. We should win every game where that happens and should’ve won this one

This is before Nico crossed the LOS. I think blue pass (Nimrod) is best option, as no defender in close proximity. Its the furthest throw, but the other two (yellow-DT & purple-?) are both into double coverage. Defender #2 prob has best chance to interrupt the throw to Nimrod, but it's your best shot...

Lots of play calls & misses from earlier in the game that they should look at, but there was a chance to win at the end...

There wasn't a good play, he tried to extend it and get another play. Not going to fault him for making that call against a wing and a prayer.

They have to figure out how to run against that front. I thought that 12 look they showed against NC St was effective. Why didn’t they go to that?

Not being able to take a man one on one and win consistently is a problem. And it was more 3-2 than 3-3

Its the contract extension that I have an issue with. One good year and White hands him a massive extension.

This game is not on Banks.

This game is on banks probably moreso on Heuple. We still don't have a secondary that can cover granny clampet. His defense gave up the game winning drive against their backup QB with the QB not having to throw a pass except for a screen. Ive given him credit this year for his good defenses. Im going to be critical when his defense sucks. They sucked tonight.

You can just throw short quick routes against that front. Which we didn’t do at all.

I am just lost for words.

1. You can’t run out of bounds on the last play. Just have to chuck it in the end zone. We crucified Milton for that.

2. Should not have been in that situation. Heupel for whatever reason didn’t try to score points in the 4th quarter. He was happy leaning on the D like in Norman. It didn’t work this time. All you really had to do was get into position to kick a FG on the previous 3 drives and the game was over. But the offense never got going or tried to score until the final drive.

Very strange day. I hate days like this. I hate that we have this performance and then Florida up next who lives in our heads rent free.

Coaching was bad on this game. Plain and simple. Totally unacceptable. I really can’t believe that happened. Arkansas has a 4 game win streak going against us.

We haven’t played any like we did against Nc state, we play so conservatively I don’t know what’s wrong with heupel

He is young and there will be growing pains but its his fault and I bet he will be the 1st to admit it. He didn't play very well tonight was off and inaccurate.
