Recruiting Football Talk VIII

AI detectors are garbage.
Prolly. Idk. I think it was a joke. I mean, judging by the 😂😂😂. But that doesn't mean he didn't just ask Sally to write it for him. Who knows.?

The overall point was that the preferential and illegal treatment Moore received on the road means that he was not suspended for a half this week. Same as his dirty hit on Hooker, which he got away with, although it was absolutely a textbook case of targeting, and the Birmingham office participates in reviews. The media dodged Moore's assault on the QB this week and made a sort of dainty comedy of him kicking the ball. I think should have been flagged and ejected for "fighting" on the QB facemask and head slam. And for once we wouldn't have had to endure the usual offsetting-penalties routine.

Yeah that's all I'm doing, I'll measure them and probably weigh a couple this winter if I even catch any but that's it. I am 100 percent to lazy to do anything else. I also caught a tiny one too, they aren't all that big but a I have caught a few good ones. Here's another one, but I was to lazy to do anything but take a picture. He's a little smaller. Caught 3 in like 40 minutes.

Healthy looking fish !

I've never said the officiating wasn't bad when we won. Heupel made a big deal of KY's OL being allowed to hold all game last season when we beat KY. And I never said anything was a "conspiracy." The constant use of the shaming and self-preening accusation "conspiracy" is a propagated and mimicked behavior. In usage it's roughly equivalent to people in the middle ages calling someone a witch. But now it's mostly on autopilot. It's not something that people who are actually engaged in thinking participate in.

By the way when the Knoxville media pretty much had to explain Heup's long deliberate silence, they completely dropped the ball by making reference to certain statistics. They should have looked at film and showed 10 examples.
.
edit: not worth it. Disagree on this point but @Orange. is good people.

Reactions: Orange.
where is that?
Northern Lights. Charged particles from the sun in the polar atmosphere. They are rarely seen this far south. During the War of Northern Aggression Robert E. Lee and his troops saw an unusually robust display of the Northern Lights the night before the battle of Fredericksburg, Lee took it as a good sign about the next day's battle.

Forde is a troll. HATES UT.

From SI.com: The Tennessee attorney general carried Big Orange water by going to court and nuking the NCAA’s power to enforce rules on pay-for-play transactions for recruits. That effectively ended an investigation into Tennessee Volunteers quarterback Nico Iamaleava and his reported $8 million agreement to play for the Vols.

After a stunning upset loss to Arkansas, the question now is what bang Tennessee is getting for all those bucks
. Iamaleava led the Vols to just 14 points, none in the first half, and their last five possessions were all punts or turning the ball over on downs. Iamaleava passed for a season-low 156 yards and ranks 10th in efficiency in league games.

In all honesty didnt listen to entire PC, its hard to listen too. Only twang I can handle is Matt at Volquest, presents facts.

AtoZ is their source? 😅 He's doing a PC, on an opinion, based off AtoZ? Yikes.

Well, in all honesty. Sans '22, Tennesse'a the easy, ergo lazy pick. Instead of doing actual work, Forde and his ilk, Adams, et al are content to sit behind the keyboard and regurgitate same lines every year.

It really takes minimal effort to clown on UT.

So, in that regard he's right. But present the quote.

I've felt guilt all week that it wasy fault we lost. I never ever bet on Tennessee but I needed a -500 bet...
If I ever bet on one of our games...I will be betting for the other team.

Because I KNOW if I bet something substantial...I will lose...

Who’s the one that’s getting upset here lol

I like you + I don’t ignore anyone. I don’t mind if someone shares false info unknowingly but they should be man (forgive me VN ladies, just a figure of speech) enough to be called out and take some ribbing for it when it’s proven false.
Okay, you have drawn a flag, fifteen yards from the spot of the foul for unnecessary being a beta.

you dont believe that the officials meet and discuss tendencies?
Jack, first I apologize for being rude yesterday.

I have always contended that the "backstory" is not the issue. Everything is in plain view right on the surface. I mean the calls and no-calls that are literally on video. That is the story and the evidence that needs to be treated. Statistics dodge the primary evidence -- that is, what comes to sight. And there is the obvious problem with the statistics that it is not necessarily the case that in a justly officiated game each team will have the identical number of penalties and penalty yardage. One team may commit more fouls. And more decisive fouls. Statistics seem neutral because they are numbers. That doesn't make them objective in the adequate sense. And they are easy: someone has counted them up for us (the number of calls). But not the no-calls. And the totals ignore context. Some no-calls can dramatically change a game and go unrecorded.

It's interesting to imagine what a discussion about what to watch for would include and not include and how the agenda was determined and by whom. We know Heup called attention all year to us being held, but from the looks of things it never became a trend to look out for.

He's likely telling you who the dirty cops and crooked judges that comprise the NCAA want to go after as soon as they get their new and greatly expanded powers.

I do believe it is a fact that officials discuss Tennessee's offense. We know also that 'footbaw' fans, pure-wrists if you will, see our offense as an abomination. Further that its cheating. 'It aint furr', the Bammer says.

I will concede the disparity in number of penalties is more than concerning, and cannot be explained. Absolutely think officials have meetings, and they discuss Tennessee's offense. Is there an intentional deliberate focus to slow the game down? Blow whistle to measure, confer at a crucial time, look at our line versus opponents more critically?

To me question is, is the disparity coincidental or is there intention to do harm? Sound familiar😬 I will say, Tennessee has more than enough evidence to warrant an inquiry.

Oh, and I was off the board most of yesterday. didnt notice.

Can't wait to hear the full story on this, 😂
***Misinformation alert***
The story is that Billy Napier who is known to have ties to Hezbollah sent a steel box packed with explosives (thought to be fissionable material) to Josh Heupel"s office at the Tennessee Athletic Facility. A custodian saw the box outside Heup's door and thought it was trash and put it with the recyclables as we are locked in a battle in the Recycle Bowl with that team up north.
The custodian, who is reportedly the anonymous boy who was bullied for wearing a homemade Vols shirt to school on team colors day, will be honored along with the flyover team on Saturday.

Sorry. I was laughing at you saying that you would still watch college baseball regardless.
No need to apologize, I understand I'm the non intellectual one in this thread. I've been reminded numerous times by others.

Not mad at all. Have a wonderful day.
