Well he must have been in the weight room too much because apparently he was supposed to have “versatility and quickness” coming out of High School…. But all I saw was one of the slowest D1 LBs I’ve ever seen in my life.
Totally true. For each day that you lose endurance, it takes a minimum of 3 days to get that endurance level back.Fat guys don't get fat by putting too much effort in conditioning and he probably was somewhat limited during his injury and if he's visiting the frig too much in rehab, it is easy to see how it could be. Strength fades much slower than endurance, it doesn't take long to get out of shape as far as endurance is concerned.
