Recruiting Football Talk VIII

Last thought before some chores. Everyone yesterday and today kept telling me the game must have been nerve racking to be at. Weirdly it never was. Scouts honor. Especially when I realized they were headed into the endzone I was sitting in. I truly never doubted i just got impatient watching all the close calls that could have turned it into a blowout. (For us)

I believe Neyland in the month of October is going to give this team the time and juice it needs to collect their chit and grow.

They need you and us right now though, so do what you can when or if you go.

Mercenaries defecting

This is one thing that should be changed. Players should be able to transfer 1 time without sitting out a year. Second time you transfer you better be prepared to sit out a year.

If they Don't get it somewhat under control, players will be running amuck worse than they are now.

So it was a shot at the US Navy & Marine Corps.

Suits you to a T. Stay classy.
You do realize the branches of military taking shots at each other is an age-old tradition, right? And Marines really hate it when you group them with the Navy, even though, technically, they are part of the Department of the Navy. There's a reason they're called "Jarheads".

Made the toe tap grab that allowed us to win. His shoulder is effed effed. He was holding it low after those plays. Not sure that was on TV.
His right arm and shoulder did appear distressed after the toe-tap. That showed up on the broadcast.

That was more than your usual run of the mill Marines eat crayons. It was more, whether you’re capable of seeing it or not.
