Braves made a great hire in Timmy Hyers. I played baseball with his brother from tee ball all the way thru high school. Guy knows hitting and has had alot of success the last few years with the rangers and red sox. He's a legend around here.

Imagine your teen son just won the state wrestling championship. You buy the shirt and celebrate. Is it more meaningful if he won the state High School champ, or snuck into the middle school division and beat up on a bunch of kids?

Which scenario is more likely to get him a college scholarship?

If you care about the difference, it's not because you care about the other high school students. It's because one accomplishment is better than the other FOR YOUR SON.
