Not Louisville, just USC, . I must be ready to get hurt again.@Enki_Amenra I thought Louisville and USC were on the no bet list?
PS: I have them also tonight with Boise
Nah. They just straight up benched KJ. New guy isn't as good of a passer, but an exponentially better runner. Pretty much just min/max what you're good at.I haven't laid down the bet yet. I wanted to look a bit closer at UCF, but I remember them sucking pretty bad earlier in the season. Did they get a QB back or something?
Wrong...the ONLY talent Lewis had the edge over Webb in is straight line speed, and Chuck was fast. Webb was just as strong, and was really fast, and he had far better hips and balance.Gonna disagree with you old heads. Jamal clearly had more talent. What would he do if not for his injuries?
I mean I get it, I've watched Webb's games and he was great, but Jamal was a complete freak of nature. Not a lot of people can sat they were more talented than him.
100% agree..I am convinced he was going to win the Heisman that year. His injury against FREAKING PACIFIC is the most senseless heartbreaking loss of a player in Tennessee history imo.I saw both of them play a lot of football games. Lewis was a really good football player from Tucker Georgia. I lived in Tucker for years and saw him -lay in high school. He was the best RB in Georgia and we were able to get him to Tennessee where he was an all star. With that said, I saw Webb and , before his injury, he was the best running back I have ever seen in person. I did not see O J play in person. Webb may have become as good as Simpson ,but he never regained his former self after the injury. I strongly believe Webb is the best I have ever seen.
Don't lump our guy in with one of the greatest cheaters please. Sorry but bama been buying players without impunity for more than 20 years. Vitello is a baseball genius and a players coach.I mean at this point do we think Vitello may end up being Saban of baseball before he retires? Best to ever do it?
Idk McGill, Lewis was pretty shifty, especially considering his size. He was good catching the ball too. He could do anything you asked him to.Wrong...the ONLY talent Lewis had the edge over Webb in is straight line speed, and Chuck was fast. Lewis either outran or ran over people...he was not very shifty and didn't make a ton of people miss, while Webb could do those things AND cut on a f'n dime and make people look just as stupid as Alvin despite being much bigger.
I love em both, but Webb is the greatest RB is Tennessee history...he was the complete package.
