My father and I were at that Music City Bowl game freezing our tails off up in the nose bleeds. We could’ve murdered Doofus that night. Little did we know we’d suffer a decade of misery and despair.

This was my takeaway too. Had the feel of a really angry funeral. Weird post-game atmosphere.

On another note, UNLV nearly got Boise last night. Held Jeanty to 128yds and 1td (game winner). Had they not lost their star QB to that NIL mess, UNLV might've done it and be in the drivers seat for a playoff bid. Impressive what Barry Odom has done there.

What I hated most was Vol fans trying to rationalize going along with it. I am glad there were enough of us who said, "Aw, hell no!" around the fanbase and legislature.

I use only travel credit cards to pay for everything and pay them off in full each month. I haven't paid for airfare for like 8 years in a row and have plenty of airline miles banked up to fly anywhere I want. Credit cards have their advantages for the fiscally responsible
