The 3 game skid of not scoring in the first half, 5 games combined of only scoring 27 total points in the first half is what does me in. Our defense has been great but I fear the committee will point to our offense as too inconsistent

I hope we do have a large contingent of Vols fans for this game. Haven’t seen anything on Twitter about fans rallying to go like they did lsu a few years ago. It’d be cool though

Our travel squad will be using all six of the tickets I bought as a season-ticket holder. I expect there will be at least 10,000 loud vol fans in Sanford Saturday night.

This is what people get for rooting for Ole Miss to beat Georgia. In NO UNIVERSE do they deserve in over us if both teams are 10-2. Lost to damn Kentucky AT HOME and a MEDIOCRE LSU team.

The whole thing is BS. We have the best defense in the country and one of the top scoring offenses as well. And yet because NC ST and OU suck, we get punished even though Bama lost to f-ing Vanderbilt plus us and Ole Miss loses to the two you just mentioned. The fact it’s an argument is ridiculous. But yet again, the Bama love is still present, even without Saban at the helm.

Yeah, when the first CFP ranking came out and we were in the middle of it, that meant if we win the rest of our games we win the national championship. Simple as that.

I’ve never been one to say “I have a source” but for once I do. Out of respect for that person I will not divulge anything to say who he is and his relationship to the program. That being said, I asked him Sunday to give me any insight so I can calm my nerves and he said that Nico is a go and could have played Saturday, but with the score and the opponent, they wanted to rest him for the second half just to get him to 100%. I haven’t heard anything to say otherwise from him, and until I do I won’t believe anything else written about it. So I’d take things like this with a gigantic grain of salt and call it the media needing to create a story.
