Recruiting Football Talk VIII

No. It will be UGA's 3rd loss and an obvious indicator that UGA is just not good this season. They will have lost to a mediocre UT team. . . not a great Tennessee team that has wins over UF, Bama, and UGA in the same season with probably the best defense in the country. That will be the narrative.

Probably true, but if we're a 12-1 SEC champion the narrative doesn't really matter.

showing your ignorance...

we may end up 7-5 / or 8-4 would be best case scenario... do you not understand? I can slow it down and maybe you'll catch on...

this is why folks leave this site... someone has an opinion that doesn't fit the 12-0, and get jumped... it's hilarious...

this was a silly post

We absolutely have to capitalize on our scoring opportunities in the first half. No more red zone fumbles, no more missed blocks, no more penalties, no more overthrows. If we do that, we can, and should, win this game.

If we canā€™t, our defense is going to have to play near perfect football. Kirby is really good at taking the air out of games if he gets a lead
He's good at it when he's not going against an elite defense because generally speaking they don't get leads like that against them. He won't have that luxury this game. I agree that we need to capitalize on opportunities because they will certainly be there. His problem with Saban and this past weekend Ole Miss, was mainly those were two good defenses with offenses that capitalized enough. Saban's teams obviously had just as much if not more depth. I just think our DLine will be the biggest difference maker and hoping our offense and special teams (cough cough Boo and Gilbert) will be X factors.

This just feels like Bama or maybe even more LSU in 2022. I think we get after it from the jump and the crowd is out of it and UGA feels tons of pressure and just implodes.

35 -10 - something like that. Or maybe they get to 17 late to make it look better than it actually was.
Iā€™ve seen nothing this season that gives me that impression.

I hope you are right, but I think this looks a lot more like the UGA vs UK game.
