#7....I used to think that media wasn't biased against UT, but I really think they are now in several ways. I just do not understand how that is the case.

We bring eyes on whatever we do, which is money. Our games have high ratings, we are in the SEC, have a likeable head coach, had been down for sooo long but it doesn't matter.

Why are we hated so much? I mean I can think of some things that have pissed the media off but good grief. We had a bad loss to Arkansas. We haven't looked great at times, but we have freaking won! Other teams have had bad losses too or haven't beaten anyone!

All those things were true last week when you ranked them below Tennessee. Id have probably agreed with keeping them all the same even if last week they were above Tennessee. But clearly on field performance thus week didn't correspond with the movement.

They did it only so if we lose to Georgia (who moved down a ton) they can justify leaving us out, and keeping others in. The committee doesn't hold each team to the same standard, and chooses whatever bs excuse they can think of to make their reasoning seem fair and ignore anything that doesn't support their agenda. Horse

Hope our players feel disrespected and use it as motivation this weekend. Just win...

Our defense sure as hell dominated EVERY F'N TEAM ON OUR SCHEDULE.

Come on man we are 8-1...if not for a Jordan Ross brain fart we would be 9-0.

I’m not denying how our defense has played…I will never deny that. Again, I’m trying to have a middle approach as to why we would be left off IF we lose.

Take a step back for a second and honestly ask yourself…is our defense good enough to beat the top 12 teams in back to back to back games? I can’t answer that, because we haven’t been tested enough other than Bama.

Could our offense? I’m going to say no because of how inconsistent we’ve been.

What if one game our defense doesn’t show up against one of the top teams, does our offense win us a game?


We’ve played one top 25 offense (Arkansas) and lost. They are 5th in total yards. The only other top offense we have played is Bama and they are 35th in total yards.


Teams in playoffs and where they rank in total yards per game:
OSU: Top 15
Oregon: Top 15
Indiana: Top 20
Texas: Top 10
Penn St: Top 25
Miami: Top 3
Bama: Like 35
Ole Miss: Top 3
UGA: Meh
BYU: Meh
ND: Meh


Like I keep saying peepaw, let’s just beat UGA and put it all to rest. UGA is around 50th or so in yards per game.

If Nico plays, we win. I think he will have a great game against that defense which in turn will give our defense plenty of time to rest. I think our defense will look strong all game due to getting some breathers.

I got so riled up over this tonight. Like no chill at all.

Not sure why it got under my skin so bad.

I’ve been pretty calm all season and this set me off.

I think the reality of getting to the playoffs is right there and might be unjustly taken away from us.

I think if Tennessee was scoring 40 points a game and was explosive along with this defense we would be looked at like Texas and ranked in the top 5.
