Recruiting Football Talk VIII

I mean Wembanyama just became the youngest center to score 50. He's fun to watch. If I was building my own team Jokic.

Embiid is good, but like a lot of those big dudes, injury prone.

To me greatest all time is Duncan.

Embiid scratches his crack and sniffs it before every free throw.

Imma pass on him 🤣🤣

Tennessee covers. I Do n it understand why the media isnt giving UT a real shot. There is not really anything that says UGA is better, other than home field.

Our defense is better than theirs. Our offense is at least equal. Vols 27-20.
The thing that I noticed most in the Vols-dawg series video you posted (#73,654) was the 2004 game at 6:34. Tennessee came in a 12-point underdog and beat GA in Athens, ending their 17-game winning streak.

I'm feeling it! Vols win.

I can't look at the series further than when Heupel got here. They've won 7. 3 of those were our worst coaches and they've all been with UGA's best teams ever.

Our only real shot was '22 and that was one of UGA'S best teams too. This is the closest we've ever been to a tossup in years. I don't understand the double-digit pt spread. I hope they don't teach me. This should be a heckuva game.

CFP should just go ahead a go to a 24 team playoff system.

10 SEC teams get in
10 Big Ten teams get in
Notre Dame gets in
ACC and Big 12 Champion gets in
1 Group of 5 team gets in.

Probably solved🧐
There would have to be tiebreakers and I guarantee you the team that lost the tiebreaker for 10th would be bitching and moaning

Because TN has been 💩 on the road for games that matter and the inconsistency of our offense. Saturday is all about three things: 1) does Nico let the crowd noise get to him; 2) does our defense show up; 3) does Beck continue his downward spiral or does he having a coming out party?

What road games? The 1 game we lost by 5 with 2 bum OT's?

Oh yeah, Heup is definitely a new day. Taking over a dumpster fire and his recruiting restricted until 2028, he said F it and brought us roaring back. He's the man. Kirby mentioned the other day at a press conference that Tennessee has "several Georgia kids." Salty deliciousness.

I only mentioned that game 20 years ago because of the double-digit underdog odds.

16 is plenty. A football Sweet Sixteen. An Elite 8 might do it. Btw, we finished 6th (= Elite 8) (with a head-to-head win over #5) two years ago. And you're right that people will complain about every tournament seeding. It becomes a standard part of the publicity and marketing.
