I’ll be honest, I’m the biggest Edey hater in the world, and so far he’s had a better season than Knecht. Some of that is just because he’s getting more consistent playing time than DK is though. I don’t think last night proved anything either way.

Edey has something only 2% of the league has - tremendous size. Everyone else is out there plying their craft to get minutes Edey just shows up and gets minutes. He is mobile for his size and plays well, but his physical tools are still his main weapon. He should have fouled out last night much earlier than he did. Again - size. AD drew a foul on him that was bull. That side of the hate for him is still accurate.

Zach Edey has played 12 games as a pro. He’s had 4 or more fouls 5 times, and has fouled out twice. He’s averaging 3.25 fouls per game. That’s in slightly less than 20 minutes per game.

His last two years of college he played 32 minutes a game and averaged 1.6 and 1.9 fouls per game.

Totally legit.

I believe it. I don't think they can hold us to 9pts and score 20. I don't think they can score more than 27. I'd say we need 28 to win.

Vegas doesn’t respect this offense entirely. our passing game this year in rare form has been inconsistent due to dropped balls or bad throws..I’d assume they’re anticipating a heavy run game from us.we’ve leaned on it all year getting us out of games that should have been blowouts..if that happens I don’t see us scoring much other than field goals…Georgia’s run defense is like ours

Our offensive tackles are healthier now. We basically had no OTs for those two earlier games. That was a hellva way for Nico to start his SEC experience.

Embiid is good, but like a lot of those big dudes, injury prone.

I think you are right. Conditioning was a big issue early.
