I just want to hear one compelling argument for Ole Miss over Tennessee….besides having a recent win over Georgia and looking “sexy” on offense in their wins. By all accounts they have a worse loss with Kentucky, LSU not much of a better loss than Arky now…..by all accounts Bama is ranked higher than Georgia and therefore a “better win” for us. And our SOS is higher. What the hell am I missing?!

Quality wins is a stat, all wins are quality. Strength of schedule is too, 1-16 should be SEC schools. The committee uses them to justify their manipulation.

I've run the model. Texas has to lose out because of common opponent garbage. Texas A&M has to lose this week or they will also be ahead of us. Finally Alabama I think has to lose a game to stop a three way tie with Us, UGA, and Bama with us losing out due to record of all SEC opponents. A lot has to happen. Four losses in two weeks. Two by Texas. It aint happening.

What is UGA's blue chip ratio vs ours? Pretty dodgy reffing. Home night game. Playoff elimination. Not saying that coaching was perfect, but there were quite a few confounding factors other than that.

UGA - 80%

UT - 46%


Massive difference as of right now. Not for much longer. Will still be a gap, but not the size of the grand canyon.
