I thought having Thornton and Brazzle would unlock some things this year.

Squirrel is disappointing. Bru is disappointing.

The rotations are bad. The second line is bad. The third line even worse - haven’t seen much of them.

Just really disappointing. I thought they would be a strength. Definitely a weakness IMO.

Didn't realize Bama had dropped a game to Purdue. Clicked into their schedule to see that their loss to Purdue was the 1st of 6 consecutive games that Bama plays against ranked opponents.

I remember seeing that in real time and thinking my suspicion that the refs were going to bend us over was correct. Might as well have put on Deliverance at that point because they made us squeal like pigs. Is fair officiating too much to ask for?

If I ever meet Kirk Herbstreit or Rece Davis IRL, I swear I'm punching them straight in the nuts, because that's what listening to them announce a Tennessee game makes me feel like they're doing to me.

NC State is 5-5 currently, ranked 24th when we played and a Neutral site game
OU is 5-5 currently, ranked 15th when we played and a true road game
Florida is 5-5 currently, unranked when we faced (every team they've lost to is currently a top 15 team)
Bama is 8-2 currently, ranked 7th when we faced them and still there now

Vandy is currently 6-4, they play at LSU this weekend and then host us.

Ole Miss won at South Carolina, currently they're 7-3. So based on record it's a better 2nd win than any we've got...but losing to Kentucky at home is a far worse loss than us losing at Arkansas.

South Carolina should beat Wofford and finish with at least 8 wins, they close the season at Clemson.

But if the Gators beat Ole Miss Saturday it won't matter.

Don’t think I’ve made a refs post so gonna use my one mulligan and do it.

The refs did not decide this game. But they sure played a role in the way it went. Wonder what would have been if uga penalty line was 12-110 instead of 7-59… How many of the should have been calls would have extended a Tennessee drive or stopped a uga one? And I’m not even upset about the facemask with helmet rip call, or the touchback they didn’t review. But what about the uga punch after their first down. The DPI on squirrel they didn’t call that would have extended our drive. The holding they called that let uga move deep in the red zone instead of a sack that pushes them out of it. The 3 (maybe overlaps of above) calls against us in one drive that leads to the uga score to go up 24-17, which was the score up until the last minutes of the 4th quarter. How about the tackling of engaged lineman and blindside hits to players away from the ball? The lack of reviews, including a potential fumble, and MULTIPLE, scratch that, more than a handful of plays where they either moved the sticks without measuring when uga was close to (but definitely not assuredly past) the marker or marked us a full yard shorter than we should have been in 3rd/4th and short situations. Frustrating is the best word for describing that game.
