As many of you know, I teach at a college in Georgia. There's a major paper due this week in one of my classes and I asked my students at the start if they had any questions before I started with the lecture. One raises his hand and asks "How 'bout them Dawgs?" I told him it was a bold play to taunt the professor the week 1/4th of your grade was due, but hey.

Sigh. I love where I teach and live except for all these UGA fans.

Fail him. Make the whole class write a paper on why the Vols should be a shoe in for the playoff, for a third of their grade.

Well, the impossible has happened, Lakers are now my 3rd favorite team, behind my beloved Pistons and my favorite player's (Paul George, check the avi) team, the 76'ers (who suck). All because of Knecht

I’m convinced our best chance for the playoff is UF beats Ole Miss, or secondarily either Notre Dame loses to USC or Penn St loses to Minnesota. But man, and I pray for my soul in saying this, I hope UF beats Ole Miss.

Is possible, but we may need another team or 3 to stumble to overcome some media bias. Root for teams to win that we may have never rooted before. It’s what we need to support our team, our coaches, and our very way of life.

If we do end up sitting out the playoffs, I think we'll need to start referring to that Arky loss as Stoerner's Revenge.
