Stoops is a fool. Anyone with an ounce of objectivity could see that 8/9 run run they went on was an anomaly and as good as it was going to get.

I honestly think Stoops bought his own hype. Now he's such trying to figure out how to keep it together, Kentucky even forked over top tier money to extend him. Now he's scraping the bottom of the conference.

Their only hope to compete was to bring in a better transfer QB. At this point no transfer is coming if their best receivers are all opting out of the program.

The jury is not out on Heupel at this point. He got us from the lowest point in program history (and arguably the lowest point an historic blueblood has ever been) to a CFP in just 4 years. He’s split with Alabama, 2-2.

He was a home run hire. No question.

Not disagreeing. Just don't know if he will be a better hire than Vitello
