If it was all about ratings, then they would want VOLS playing the easiest schedule possible since we tend to do well in that matter. That said, I really do think they will be considering replacing SMU with BAMA because they want more TV viewers.

Hopefully all they do is consider but don’t follow thru with it..

My final prediction is Tennessee plays on the road in Happy Valley against Penn State. Frustrating that we won’t get a home game. Texas’ resume is being lifted up strictly by the logo on the helmet. Really, we should be hosting Texas in Knoxville as the 8/9 matchup but no way the Committee drops Texas that far after losing in OT.

Mine is that we somehow make the playoffs despite the disastrous and nonsensical format.

I don’t know why y’all think they’ll come into the playoffs deflated. I think we’ll get their best shot, if not because it’s the playoffs then because they’ll want to get the taste of the Michigan game out of their mouths.

I've been reading their boards. They can't decide if they should even be excited to play in the playoff. They'll boo Day if they struggle vs us

AP poll just sealed it. Rose tOSU up a spot and dropped us a spot when neither played yesterday

And several of you morans still think they aren't gonna screw SMU and put Bammer in.

Pretty sure they are just matching what the committee put out last week in regard to OSU vs Tennessee. If it didn’t effect the committee’s thoughts last week, it won’t this week.

It’s pretty cold down south right now. If they practice outside, they’ll get used to it. It got down to 19 in upstate SC the other night.
