At least they seperated the tough games. Not a bad schedule .

Its certainly do able. 10-2 probably gets you in again, 11-1 gets a host.
We should be able to get some momentum in November and look good in the committees eyes late.

Double edge sword. Nico should be playing lights out by the end of next year, but DJ Lagway probably will be too. On the flip side, kind of like UGA early at home. Win it and the momentum should carry us a long ways.

@ MSU has 2024 @ Arkansas vibes, but they sucked this year and surely won't be that much better next year.

@ UK is never worrying. We own Kroger Field.

@ Bama and @ Florida are winnable. But I could see us dropping both.

Beating UGA at home would be MASSIVE to start the season.

Everyone but FL should be breaking in a new QB.

If we start with a win over UGA we give ourselves a ton of runway to make the CFP.

Losing at Florida late could be an issue.

that's hilarious. cant keep my mtb tires, car tires, balloons from parties, or any kid crucial air filling toy/novelty filled/functioning. But that gummy bear chair will be here after Sally fixes the glitch.

Nico will play the best he has played all year.He wants to go back to California to play in front of friends and family. Just throwing it out there.

I'm sure he has similar thoughts, but I hope he doesn't put that kind of pressure on himself. Play loose and smart. There's potential for a long road ahead, another 1/3 of a season.

Jmo but in certain sports...and in certain positions, one can "will" oneself more than in others. Mostly dependent on physicality factors. Ie a great rebounder or defender can "will" success far far more than a great 3 pt shooter. You can't "will" your jump shots in though. But you can overthink things. As a basketball player, I do know these things to be true.

I never played football, but I've always thought of QBs as more of a PG + Shooter than a rebounder/defender/post type. It's about skill, smarts, vision, and touch. Get too hyped or try to do too much and it may backfire imo

It's nice that we don't have to put games in ink as losses anymore. Even the tough ones are winnable and it's very unlikely that we lose all of them. 9-3 would actually be a pretty rough outcome IMO. I think we'll be a little worse at the LOS but Nico should be much, much better.

I see 2025 as being Heupel's most balanced team yet. Defense will be a little worse but offense will be better. My biggest concern is Cooper's replacement.

Agreed. Barring tons of injuries (which do happen!), 9-3 would leave me a little bummed. Hard to believe considering where we were just 4 years ago.

I love getting GA early, not excited about having Florida so late in the season when a potential loss could be devastating as opposed to losing early, plus Florida under Billy is a program that peaks late not early.
