If you like Blanton's give Bowman bros a shot. It's Buffalo Trace juice, same mash bill as Blantons, aged in VA. If you can find the single barrel, all the better.

Honestly, I do like Blanton's but I really think blade and bow is at least as good, if not better, for a lot better price.

Is that Isaac Bowmans your referencing? If so, I have a bottle of that I think. Going to a bourbon tasting tonight... May break it out.

Ticketmaster ends up being cheaper at checkout most of the time. I went all the way through last night on vivid and seatgeek. Tickets that showed $40 cheaper ended up being more expensive once their fees are added. Ticketmaster displays almost the complete end total before checkout, lower fees added.

Isaac Bowman is port finished and 92 proof. Bowman Bro's small batch is what @InVOLuntary is referencing, and is definitely a close comparison to Blanton's at 90 proof. John J Bowman (JJB) is the single barrel version and is 100 proof (good comparison to EHT SiB). JJB is the best of the three imo, but the small batch is a great shelf bourbon and it's BT juice distilled three times and just aged in VA instead of KY.
