Simple have every athlete sign an NIL contract that stays as long as your are at the school and complete "so and so" you will receive this much money. If you transfer before completing "so and so" you much give back a percentage of the agreed contractHardly. Where are the employment contracts?
The one thing that makes it professional (and would actually help the sport rn) is lacking.
Exactly why things feel so nutty. There are no contracts, so it's the wild west. Pro leagues are too reasonable (we're talking basically every pro league in the entire world has figured this out) to allow such stupidity, all in blind hopes of returning the sport to the 90s...ain't happening Sankey...
