Sampson is my favorite rb that I’ve watched at ut. He is truly one of the best rb’s in school history and I hope he becomes a hall of famer. Easily top 3 rb in school history behind Travis Henry and maybe Travis Stephens

he's gonna be great in the NFL... guess our "package" we supposedly put together to get him to stay one more season was not enough.

Ancient History was one of the worst classes I had at UT. The professor was incredibly boring. I mean, all he did was Babylon.

I don't think Coach Heupel would stoop to that.
I believe he has clean hands and a clear conscience and will keep it that way.

Unfortunately right now in college football, that's great, but it may come back to bit him... we are seeing very quickly, play the game or get left behind, and we are already moving backwards.

I've got to where I just cook one from the store pour a bottle of cherry pepsi and a bottle of mt dew and let it cook for about an hr on 350 then make a glaze using mt dew, brown sugar and a little mustard. It's as good or better than a honey baked ham at about a third of the price

Very similar to my recipe. I start at 350 to get the glaze baked in. Then add the coke, tent it with Al foil and turn it down to 200 for about 7 hours

I have laid well over 2 million brick with my own 2 hands. Enough block to need 2 back surgeries and have my bottom 3 vertebrae fused as well by 40 years old.

That commercial, that tiny little trowel, and all that tapping are a disgrace to masonry in general and an affront to brickmasons specifically. Theres not a single real mason on Earth that could watch that without cringing and shaking their head. It is disgusting. It would take 2 days to build a mailbox like that if ever it was completed at all. At 47 years old, I can mix my own mortar, labor for myself, and be headed to the house completed by lunchtime on any given Saturday building mailboxes. I dont even lay brick/run a crew anymore. I have been a Superintendent for 15 years now and dont build much anymore. I will still gladly take any mailbox job, because I can make a few hundred dollars by lunchtime on a Saturday which is great for my family. I hate that commercial like I hate Flarda. It's like watching an idiot mock what we do...like watching someone piss on the Power T at midfield of Neyland.

Its justice though watching a man who never played football that pretended to be a real coach...act like he had any idea how to lay brick when he likely never built anything with those pasty, soft feminine hands in his entire life. What a joke lmao.

Sky isn't falling but on the other hand we gonna have to step up our collective game for sure GBO!

It sure as hell isn't.

Averaging 10 wins/season. 1 of 3 mighty SEC teams (out of 16) to get in the playoffs.

And we're coming up on top 10 type classes and raising our talent to Blue Chip Ratio level for the first time.

Exciting times ahead. And they've already been amazing under Hype!

At least we got college baseball. It’s far and away still the most pure sport. I’ll just put even more interest in it.

This is the best sport for parity . So many really good players. If you have the coaches to coach the guys up you can compete with any school. Only need a couple of ACE pitchers and make it to the top. Hitters can be trained as well. We have the coaching to sustain at the Top. We've had great teams the last 5 years and only won 1 championship that shows how much parity there is in baseball.

Do you start it dry or do you put some water or something when you first put in oven. Also do you have trouble with it drying out cooking that long. I have trouble with it drying out if i cook it very long . But i think i will try your way one time and see how it works we eat ham quite often and im always trying different methods.

The biggest issue of NIL and transfer portal is there is no one or no way to enforce cheating and tampering.

Which is why nobody, including us is revealing details about the amount of money collected and how it’s being distributed. Everyone is cheating because pay for play is still technically illegal. Nobody is being paid for true NIL.

Only a Few guys on here seem to be legit on everything and they don’t post much though anymore

Does seem like some things come out to the public before they are even thought of or mentioned on here these last few years…..

The word salad posts really get me, just say the name of the guy that’s possibly leaving or what he did in the fight or who called someone out , etc, etc….

No reason to get mad at insiders. Some are on here posting to get insider points and feel good about it, some post stuff to start ****, some post legit stuff that gets overlooked

Taking on my nephew has been a challenge, and my wife's grandmother passed away Dec, 7th. Also my 21yo niece (my nephew's older sister) is struggling with early adulthood. She flunked all her college classes this semester. My wife's sister passed away in 2011, and these are her kids. She was my wife's only sibling. My mother-in-law raised them, and neither of them have any coping skills for the real world. My wife's stepfather died unexpectedly last year, and now these kids don't have a male authority figure in their lives either, so I'm somehow expected to fill that role now. This wouldn't be such a big deal, except for the fact that their black uncle was always portrayed as the family villain. Which is crazy, considering that my niece and nephew both have criminal, absentee fathers and my wife is the only woman in the family that hasn't been married and divorced multiple times. They essentially disowned my wife when she started dating me almost 30 years ago. Sorry for the rant. It's been an interesting year to say the least, and they all (mother-in-law, niece, and nephew) acted a fool yesterday at the annual Christmas breakfast that I host every year for my side of the family. They embarrassed my wife and basically ruined Christmas day.

Terrible.

I won't give advice, I have none to give here.

Portal and NIL are huge factors in our baseball and basketball. If you want to claim that football is diverting more money that way than other "football schools," that would be fair. Not sure what "pure" is supposed to mean in your claim.

Truly the sort of thing only teams like Bama, OSU, UGA have done in the past.

Take a young, mediocre offense and still get to the big dance. And we did it with a fraction of the raw talent across the board.

I wouldn’t either. We made it to the college football playoff and we are on a historic run in all sports. That should be the goal. I do believe that the talent bump from the football sales should go to football though.
